Smuggler’s Cove by Martin & Rebecca Cate

(2016) A comprehensive guide to the modern tiki movement, from the San Francisco bar of the same name. The big caveat of this book is that it’s written from the Polynesian-pop exoticist perspective that got many white people into tiki. Beyond that, though, it does outline how to make great tropical drinks at home, complete with recipes for classics, modern interpretations, and homemade syrups, etc.
