Orchard Daisy

Essentially a single-serving sparkling punch, our Daisy honors the apple harvest with apple brandy, boiled cider and dry fizzy cider on top.

INGREDIENTS

1½ oz. apple brandy
¾ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. Curaçao
¼ oz. boiled cider
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 oz. dry cider, to top


ABV LEVEL

Combine apple brandy, lemon juice, Curaçao, boiled cider and bitters in a shaker. Fill two-thirds up with ice, seal, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a double rocks glass or wine glass. Add large ice cube or several smaller cubes. Top with about 2 oz. dry cider.
