The Waldorf-Astoria Bar Book by Frank Caiafa
(2016) - Bartender and drinks expert Caiafa provides a well-researched book with updated recipes. Caiafa revived one of the Waldorf bars, Peacock Alley, a few years ago and went through every drink in the hotel’s old bar books. He also includes other classics as well as drinks that have become modern classics at the Waldorf. One of my absolute favorite reference books.
