The Martini Cocktail by Robert Simonson
(2019) Modern cocktail writer Simonson tells you everything you ever wanted to know about the Martini. As with most of Simonson’s books, there are both antique and modern recipes featured in a pleasing manner. It’s an easy read, with at least half the book being recipes and know-how, but the historical bits do help to demystify a drink with a long, complex history.
