Vintage Spirits and Forgotten Cocktails: Prohibition Centennial Edition by Ted Haigh
(2020) A useful reference about many early twentieth-century cocktails. Haigh’s style is sometimes distracting, but what this book delivers is information as well as images of real artifacts–tools, glassware, and vintage bottles–that are hard to find elsewhere. A flip through this book will certainly have you finding some “deep cuts” from cocktail history.
