“Apriçao”

“Apriçao” is an Al’s Cocktail Club original. A pleasing mix of peach or apricot liqueur and Curaçao, it popped up in a few of our June 2021 recipes.

INGREDIENTS

3 oz. peach or apricot liqueur
3 oz. Curaçao

Yield: 6 oz.

Combine peach or apricot liqueur with Curaçao. Stir and store in an airtight jar or small bottle (labeled!) wherever you keep your spirits and liqueurs.
