Rich Cinnamon Syrup

Our house cinnamon syrup at Gigantic.

INGREDIENTS

668g white sugar 
334g water 
10 Cinnamon sticks (broken in half)


Add all to a saucepan and heat on medium, stirring often until sugar dissolves. (Do not let boil!) Transfer to a nonreactive container and allow to cool before storing in fridge. You can choose to leave the cinnamon in the container with the syrup—that’s what we do at the bar!
