Sherry by Talia Baiocchi
(2014) A very good primer on sherry and the history of the category, with recipes from cocktail history and modern bartenders. This is still the best source written in English on Andalusia’s traditional fortified wine. Baiocchi has long been Punch’s Editor-in-Chief and this book reflects the same smart and well-considered perspective of her digital magazine.
