Grenadine (Gigantic version)
This grenadine recipe was devised by Ned King to avoid heating pomegranate juice. Instead it’s shaken until the sugar dissolves.
INGREDIENTS
150g (about 5 oz.) 100% pomegranate juice
150g (about ¾ cup) sugar
4g (about ½ teaspoon), plus more to taste pomegranate molasses
1 barspoon orange flower water (optional)
Add all to large mason jar. Shake until sugar is completely dissolved. Store in the fridge.
