Rosemary-infused Campari

We used this wintry infused Campari in January 2021. It’s a great way to winterize a spritz, Negroni, or Americano!

INGREDIENTS

1½ cups Campari or other red aperitivo bitter
2-3 large sprigs, or 4 small sprigs, rosemary


Yield: 1½ cups

Pour Campari into a nonreactive container that can be sealed. Add rosemary to container and submerge them in Campari. Allow to steep for about 12 hours. Strain out solids and store in an airtight container until ready to use.
