HISTORY

Select was introduced in 1920 by the Pilla brothers, distillers in the Castello district of Venice. Its advent on the aperitivo scene coincided with the rise of the use of aperitivo liqueurs in the Spritz template. It is deeply associated with its home city of Venice and is considered to be the most authentic base for a Venetian Spritz.
