Seersucker Suit

Back in February 2020, I had a wonderful trip to the region where Cognac is produced. This drink, a sort-of Negroni, is my recollection of that week in a glass.

INGREDIENTS

1 oz. bourbon
1 oz. dry vermouth
1 oz. sweet vermouth
¼ oz. high-quality peach liqueur
Orange slice, for garnish
Cocktail cherry, for garnish (optional)

ABV LEVEL

Combine everything in a mixing glass and stir well to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over a big cube. Garnish with an orange slice or orange-and-cherry “flag.”
