Acid-adjusted orange juice
Acid-adjusting is a process by which a less acidic fruit juice (such as orange or pineapple) are "adjusted" with acid powders in order to bring them to the acidity level of lemon or lime. We used acid-adjusted orange juice for a couple of our recipes in October 2024's Pumpkin Hollow theme.
Grenadine (Gigantic version)
This grenadine recipe was devised by Ned King to avoid heating pomegranate juice. Instead it’s shaken until the sugar dissolves.
Pineapple Cordial
This pineapple cordial added a tropical note to our drinks during Calfornia Gold Rush Month in March 2023.
Pineapple-cinnamon Syrup
This is a multi-step prep task that gets juice and a syrup out of a pineapple and a couple other ingredients. We used this syrup in May 2022’s Tropitivo recipes.
